SME has negotiated a block of rooms at conveniently-located hotels for the MINEXCHANGE 2023 SME Annual Conference & Expo and CMA 125th National Western Mining Conference. Attendees can make their reservations during the registration process for MINEXCHANGE. Participating hotels are located within walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center and rates range from $174 to $244 per night. These special rates can only be accessed by booking with SME’s Official Registration and Housing Partner, Maritz. Registration and housing reservations will be available November 1, 2022.

Help SME by reserving your accommodations in the official housing block. By booking through our official channels, you are able to take advantage of the additional perks SME has negotiated for conference attendees. In addition, you ensure that SME is able to offer the best rates for registration by keeping overall costs contained.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
SME has received several reports that wholesalers have been contacting attendees and exhibitors offering “deals” on hotels for the conference. While it is not illegal for a travel firm or booking agent to solicit potential customers, it can be difficult to determine the legitimacy of offers from these organizations. Those who opt for alternatives to the SME negotiated rates may find themselves at risk. SME reminds attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these hotel room brokers.
